You get a plain explanation of what's wrong and a firm price. Nothing happens until you say go.

I've spent 26 years working in IT — and EZ Electronics is the repair work I do here in Vista.
That means you talk to the person who does the work. I will do my best to fix your computer or other device, even if it takes longer than I expected.
